While working within the reality of a monthly cash budget of ¥0-50,000, we've created a three-tier structure of non-monetary rewards, task-based compensation, and revenue-sharing that scales progressively. We've also established a 12% royalty rate, LTV/CAC/K measurement rules, and a safety net requiring compensation proposals for anyone contributing unpaid for over 3 months.
We're completely rebuilding our DAO management app Juno Link as v2. Instead of showcasing complex "Web3-ness" upfront, we're aiming for an app that anyone can use with email or SNS login.
